Our Reds go well with main course dishes such as red meats, red sauce pastas, and high-seasoned foods. Our Whites range from dry to very sweet, should be served chilled, and go well with white meats, seafood and fowl. Our Rose can be served with almost any dish, but is best with seafood, salads, cold cuts, pork and curries.
